Privacy Policy
Vantage Digital Media LLC (“Vantage”, “we”, “us”) operates the website vantaged.media and provides programmatic advertising and monetization services to digital publishers. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the audit request form we collect your name, work email address, company, country, site URL, traffic and revenue ranges, current monetization stack, and any message you write.
- Technical information. Our server records the IP address, user agent, timestamp and requested URL of visits, as part of normal operation and security logging.
- Correspondence. Emails and messages you send us, and our replies.
We do not intentionally collect special-category data, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a monetization assessment.
- To provide, operate and support our services under a contract with you.
- To keep our systems secure and to detect abuse or fraudulent submissions.
- To comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
Our legal bases are your consent (form submissions), the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business, and legal compliance.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, analytics and CRM tooling — under contracts that limit their use of it, and with authorities where the law requires. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless we enter into a commercial relationship, in which case records are retained for the duration of that relationship plus the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. Server logs are rotated regularly.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the EEA and UK may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority; residents of Brazil may exercise their rights under the LGPD; residents of California may exercise their rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for doing so.

6. Security
The site is served over TLS and access to submitted data is restricted to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authority of a qualifying breach as required by law.

8. Changes
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and where required we will seek your consent again.
